These Premium Wood Ear Mushrooms is a
variety of fungus that grows on the side of trees
on both dead and living wood. They are dark
brown to black, smooth and shiny, with no gills
and resembles an ear growing out of a tree.
They have a uniquely springy crunchy texture,
toothsome, dramatic, dark coloring and
mild flavor.Used for their color addition to
stir-fries, salads, soups, sauces.
To Reconstitute: Rinse and soak in boiling
water for 10-12 min, drain and rinse. Or, rinse
and add directly that cook for at least 25 min.
