Sweet Woodruff, has scent which is reminiscent of vanilla, pleasing aromatic sweet hay-like fragrance, and has light sedative properties. Used to treat nervous tension and sleep problems, soothes the stomach and tonic for heart and liver. *

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1tsp of dried herb, Steep for 5 min. Strain and drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
