Yarrow Flowers (Achillea Millefolium)

Yarrow flowers are hardy perennial known for its medicinal properties. Useful for treating
colds, fevers, treating wounds. It makes an excellent skin wash, helpful with skin itching,
rash or other issues, and also help relieve feelings of swelling and pain.*

To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), over 1-2tsp flower, steep for 10-15min, strain, sweeten with honey, drink up to 3 cups/ day between meals. Or cool and pat on the skin.
