1 lb Enrobers Ginger are the chunks of mild and tender crystallized ginger, also known as 'Naked Ginger'. Free flowing and dry to the touch on the outside, moist and succulent on the inside. Made from early harvested fibreless ginger, hervested before they are fully mature, dried, cleaned, boiled with icing sugar. Typical golden yellow in color, deliciously sweet, spicy ginger aroma and flavor.
